outside fun...

hi everyone! i am SO sorry for not blogging sooner. obviously we recovered from the sadness of not making it to indiana on our last trip, and the great news is that we're leaving tomorrow to try again! i'm sure we'll make it this time, and now we get to stay for a whole week - yahoo!!! i'll report on that when we return next week, but in the meantime, here's what i've been up to...

daddy and i watched the UT longhorns play baseball in the college world series. they came in 2nd, but we still had fun following the action... sometimes i was even on the edge of my seat!

a couple weekends a go, we made a trip to cuero to see mimsie and grandpa - yeah!! i had a lot of fun playing with their dog, maggie, and playing in their sprinkler! here are some pictures of that...

i also play in the water and sprinklers a lot at home, since it's in the 100's pretty much every day!! here are some pictures of me wet (and super cute, according to mommy)...

other things i'm up to: i'm starting to pretend more, i'm getting good at my signs, i say "please" and i do the sign for "thank you," i like to get into the pantry and point to what food i want to eat, i'm really good at helping clean up my toys when we're done playing (mommy wishes that would last forever, but it probably won't), i'm taking a class at The Little Gym where i learn to do forward rolls, walk on the balance beam, and hang on the bars - that is so fun! hopefully we'll have pictures of that later on... anyway, lots of things are happening, but mostly we're just looking forward to our trip to indiana and trying to not evaporate... here are more pictures of me playing outside, and hopefully when we get back i'll be better at updating this more and keeping you posted on what's going on... bye!
